Support
Short game, short support page
Robot Rabble has no accounts, no logins and no servers. Everything the game knows about you lives on your device, which keeps most problems simple and makes one of them worth explaining properly.
Remove Ads
What it is
A single one-off purchase that switches the ads off permanently. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Everything else in the game is unlocked by playing it.
"I paid, but I'm still seeing ads"
- Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with.
- Open options and tap restore purchases.
- If nothing happens, close the game completely and reopen it - the purchase is also checked at startup.
"I got a new phone"
Install the game and tap restore purchases in options, or just launch it - Robot Rabble asks the store what you already own every time it starts. Your purchase follows your store account, so you never pay twice.
Your progress is a different matter from your purchase. The purchase follows your store account to any device. Levels, stars and high scores are saved on the device itself, so a new phone starts a new campaign.
Progress and saves
Where the save lives
On your device, in the game's own storage. There is no cloud save. Deleting the app deletes the save with it - reinstalling gives you a clean start.
Starting over on purpose
There's a reset game button in options. It clears levels, stars and scores. It does not take away a Remove Ads purchase.
Playing
Controls
Swipe anywhere to walk in that direction. Tap anywhere to stop. You don't have to touch the astronaut himself - the whole screen is the control.
"I keep dying instantly"
You're only safe while you're standing on the existing border. The moment you step off to claim ground, anything that touches your line kills you - and border bots can reach you even on the line. Short, greedy runs are how most of us learn this.
Languages
The game is in English, German, Russian, French, Korean, Japanese and Turkish. It follows your device language, and you can change it any time from the small language button in options.
Sound and music
Both are in options, with separate volume settings.
Ads and privacy
If you're in a region that requires it, the game asks for your ad preferences the first time it runs. What is and isn't collected is set out in our privacy policy, which is short.
The surest way to stop seeing ads is Remove Ads - with it the game stops asking for them at all.
Still stuck?
Email support and tell us what happened, which device you're on, and roughly where in the game you were. Screenshots help more than anything.
